Forging plays an important part in the tradition of
the Nourrisson family, originating from Thiers.
Their first factory, making a range of forged tools, was built by Claude
NOURRISSON in Montbrison in 1897.
Brigitte Nourrisson is in charge of the knife department.
All the knives sold by Actiforge are hand-assembled from parts made in Thiers
according to the traditional artisan methods.
